The region of North Wales as a whole is seeing great strides, with both small and medium sized businesses in particular thriving in the area. Indeed, there were over 8000 new businesses set up between 2010 and 2014 alone, and a growing startup culture encouraging entrepreneurs in the region.
There is also likely to be a substantial growth deal for the region by the end of 2018, which will support 5,000 new jobs and create investment of around £1.3 billion for the economy. Wales itself has seen impressive growth in recent times, with over 100,000 new jobs being created since 2010.
